'Anti-Rape' Pocket Alarms Are Coming to Vienna for New Year’s Eve

Austrian police will distribute pocket alarms to women in Vienna. According to a report from the Associated Press, Interior Ministry spokesman Karl-Heinz Grundboeck said police will be handing out the devices for free around Vienna’s “Sylvesterpfad,” a busy route that goes through the inner city.
